Connect Academy aims to provide education, skill development, and educational advancement in sustainability. This pillar aligns with our mission to deliver sustainability education through training, certification, and academic institutions.

Sustainability Academy

Sustainability Academy is a capacity-building program by Inovasi Muda that equips young talents with sustainability knowledge and practical skills. With 15 expert mentors and 280+ selected participants, the program strengthens professional networks through Inovasi Muda Connection and prepares future leaders in the green economy. Participants receive e-certificates and membership cards, with final projects focused on developing sustainability-driven initiatives to support Indonesia's transition to a greener and more inclusive economy.

Sustainathon

Sustainathon is a hackathon that invites young people to develop technology-based solutions to tackle environmental challenges. In this program, participants compete to create creative and innovative solutions, such as digital applications, IoT devices, or sustainability-driven business models.

GENIUS (Generasi Inovatif untuk Siap Kerja)

GENIUS (Generasi Inovatif untuk Siap Kerja) is a vocational training program created through a collaboration between Inovasi Muda and Balai Besar Pendidikan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Bandung. Designed to empower young generations, especially Gen Z, this program equips participants with practical skills for careers in the green job sector.
